adults (18+) for individual sessions.

goals. Coaching is a facilitated process of goal identification, strategy development,
and implementation. Having a coach can take you from thinking about the changes
you want to actually implementing a plan in a forum which encourages accountability
to achieving them. To oversimplify, the main difference between therapy and coaching
is that coaching is mainly forward looking, much more time limited, and works
with concrete goals and skills building.
